Internet Gateway

We will now create an internet gateway for our server (ECS) VPC. Since our sample application need access to the public internet to download application package during deployment, we will create an internet gateway for our server vpc.

• Click internet gateways and click on Create internet gateway

• Provide the internet gateway name items-server-igw and click on Create internet gateway.

• Click Attach to a VPC

• Select items-server-vpc

• Click on Attach internet gateway

• Available items-server-igw and status as attached to a VPC.

Now that we have successfully setup our Internet Gateway, we will continue by setting up our NAT Gateway.
